At Dumpster Force, we treat your data with the same aggression we apply to your sales pipeline. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and business information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you visit our website or utilize our sales outsourcing services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect data to execute one mission: getting your dumpsters rented. We collect information in the following ways:
A. Information You Provide Directly When you sign up for our services, book a deployment call, or fill out an onboarding form, we collect:
Business Identity: Company name, owner/manager name, service address, and tax ID.
Contact Data: Phone numbers, email addresses, and dispatch lines.
Financial Data: Credit card or bank account details (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers).
Operational Data: Your service territory, pricing sheets, and inventory levels.
B. Information We Collect Automatically When you use our client portal or dashboard:
Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, and login activity.
Performance Metrics: Call logs, recording data, and lead status updates generated through our CRM infrastructure.
C. Prospect Data As part of our service, we aggregate public and third-party data regarding construction permits, general contractors, and commercial projects. This data is used exclusively for B2B outreach on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
We do not sell your private business data to third parties. We use your information to:
Deploy Campaigns: Setup your dedicated CRM, configure dialers, and launch cold outreach sequences.
Process Payments: Manage monthly retainers and ad spend (if applicable).
Communication: Send you notifications, weekly ROI reports, and account alerts.
Improvement: Analyze call recordings to train our SDRs and improve closing rates.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We run a lean, high-tech stack. To provide our services, we share necessary data with trusted third-party infrastructure providers (processors) solely for the purpose of executing our services:
CRM & Automation: We utilize GoHighLevel for pipeline management.
Telephony: We utilize Twilio or similar carriers for SMS and voice capabilities.
Payment Processing: We utilize Stripe for secure billing.
Strict Prohibition on Sharing Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The "Kill Box" Guarantee: We strictly enforce territory exclusivity. We do not share your pricing, customer lists, or proprietary territory data with other dumpster rental companies or competitors in your specific service area.
4. SMS/MMS Mobile Messaging Marketing Program
We respect your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.
A. User Opt-In: By providing your phone number to Dumpster Force (via web form, contract, or onsite opt-in), you explicitly consent to receive business communications, account notifications, and marketing messages from us via text message (SMS/MMS).
B. Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
C. Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [Insert Support Email].
D. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
E. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages based on your account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
5. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (SSL) and at rest.
Access Control: Only authorized personnel (Account Managers and dedicated SDRs) have access to your specific territory data.
Audit Trails: We log access to your dashboard to prevent unauthorized entry.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to improve website functionality and retargeting ads. You can control cookie settings through your browser. We are here to track leads, not stalk you unnecessarily.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
